Join Us to Celebrate Earth Day with a Clean-Up in Oxford Park!

On Saturday April 18th, roll up your sleeves and make a real difference in the heart of Oakville. The Oakville East Conservatives invite you to our Earth Day Clean Up, a hands-on event dedicated to restoring the beauty and health of our local nature sites.

When: Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 9am to 11am
Where to Meet: Oxford Park, 1406 Oxford Avenue - parking lot beside Sunningdale School
Rain or shine: We’ll be out there unless the weather is too snowy or severe.

Whether you’re a nature lover, a community champion, or a high school student eager to earn community service hours, this event is the perfect way to give back. We’ll provide gloves and garbage bags, but bring along your most durable work gloves and a pick-up tool if you have one for extra comfort and efficiency. Dress for safety—long pants and long sleeves are recommended to protect against ticks.

High school students: Earn three valuable community service hours for your participation! Just bring your school's form letter, and the Site Coordinator will gladly provide a “Sponsor Signature” to confirm your volunteer efforts.

This is more than just a clean-up—it’s a chance to connect with neighbors, enjoy fresh spring air, and protect the natural spaces that make Oakville special. Your time and effort will help preserve these areas for families, wildlife, and future generations to enjoy.

Ready to help Oakville shine? RSVP by filling out the form below to secure your spot today. Don’t miss out on being part of something truly meaningful this Earth Day!

Let’s come together and show Oakville how much we care—one piece of litter at a time.
